We have a dedicated AFOC entrance on the north side of the building. You can park in the lot directly in front of the AFOC entrance.
Main Clinic
If you are visiting our main clinic, take the elevator up to the second-floor suite and we are in Suite 220.
Physical Therapy
If you are here for a physical therapy appointment, you will stay on the first floor and we are in Suite 108.
