Whitney Hagstrom, PA-C

Whitney Hagstrom is a certified physician assistant with a robust background in pediatrics, including primary care and a decade of experience in the pediatric emergency room at Texas Children’s Hospital.
Working closely with Dr. Daniel Brown, Whitney sees patients by appointment and through our pediatric orthopedic walk-in clinic, which is the only one in Alaska supported by a fellowship-trained pediatric orthopedic surgeon. Fellowship training is the highest level of specialty training for physicians.)
She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Science from Baylor College of Medicine.
Whitney is passionate about keeping people active and helping them return to their daily lives, whether through sports or other activities. She loves working with pediatric patients and their families.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Whitney enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and supporting University of Texas Longhorns football. Since moving here, she has embraced many of the outdoor activities Alaska has to offer, such as hiking, fishing and skiing.
