Leonard M. Rosefigura, DPM

Dr. Leonard Rosefigura is a podiatrist specializing in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, minimally invasive procedures, foot and ankle trauma, podiatric dermatology, and the treatment of common foot and ankle conditions.

Before becoming a podiatrist, Dr. Rosefigura worked as an orthopedic technologist. This experience taught him the importance of precision and close attention to detail while providing him with a strong foundation in the routine, ongoing care of orthopedic patients. Today, he draws on that background to provide comprehensive care throughout each stage of treatment, healing, and recovery.

A native of Anchorage, Dr. Rosefigura first considered podiatry after meeting and working alongside podiatrists in a clinical setting. He was drawn to the relationships they developed with their patients and to their ability to improve quality of life by maintaining and restoring foot and ankle health.

Dr. Rosefigura earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Trinity Health Livonia Hospital in Livonia, Michigan.

In his free time, Dr. Rosefigura enjoys swimming, snowboarding, woodworking, and reading. He also values spending time outdoors with his wife and two young daughters.
