I was referred to Dr. Regina Fiacco to have her evaluate my foot issue. I had a large callus on my foot that had torn open. I had been taken in the week before through the walk-in clinic. Their PA that day got me started with X-rays and set me up to see Dr. Fiacco the first of the following week. When I saw Dr. Fiacco, she diagnosed that I had an infection in the front of my foot. She cleaned up the torn callus and showed me and my PCA how to dress my foot. She called in antibiotics for me. I have seen her twice since, as the infection is still going on, and she put me on another week of antibiotics. And at this latest appointment, Dr. Fiacco trimmed the entire callus off. I still have a lot of redness under and on the inner-side of the foot and a lot of swelling in my left lower leg still. But it’s starting to improve, with a little less swelling each day. I so appreciate Dr. Fiacco being able to see me so soon, to get this infection under control. Thank you so much, Dr. Fiacco! I am grateful for your expertise.

I was limping around in my boot at the gym from my self-treated Achilles rupture. A guy came up to me and asked what happened. I said I chose to not get surgery (young and athletic), and he didn’t like that answer. (He’s an upper-extremity orthopedic surgeon.) He offered me to their foot and ankle surgeon. And she, Dr. Fiacco, texted me like an hour later. (It’s a Sunday evening by the way. That’s so cool.) She said to come first thing in the morning, and she’ll check it out. I then was in surgery within a couple days, and she performed it flawlessly. No post-surgical problems or infections. And I’m now 3 months post op. And I’m hack squatting 600 pounds 10/10. Would recommend her and the team!

Dr. Fiacco is fantastic! I went to see her for plantar fasciitis in one foot that I was suffering from for at least 6 months. I wasn’t able to do any hiking and only did minimal walking during our amazing summer because of pain! She ordered x-rays that were done in their offices that confirmed that is what I have been dealing with. She gave me a cortisone injection, which gave me pain relief and gave me sheets of exercises, with a follow-up scheduled. I’m grateful!
