Our Pediatric Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic
At our walk-in clinic, we treat young patients who have urgent orthopedic or sports-related injuries occurring within the past few days that do not need the services of an emergency department. This includes broken bones, strains, sprains, casting, bracing and x-ray services.
Our walk-in clinic is the only one in Alaska supported by a fellowship-trained pediatric orthopedic surgeon. (Fellowship training is the highest level of specialty training for physicians.) We are staffed at all times by providers with expertise in pediatric orthopedic care.
