Cynthia Nichols, PA-C

Cynthia Nichols is a physician assistant dedicated to helping patients understand their injuries and feel confident throughout their recovery.

Growing up alpine ski racing in Vermont, she became familiar with orthopedic injuries early on — an experience that sparked her passion for musculoskeletal care and supporting patients as they return to the activities they love.

Before becoming a PA, Cynthia worked as a flight paramedic, critical care paramedic, and ski patroller, gaining extensive experience with acute injuries and hands-on patient care in both hospital and field settings.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and completed her PA training through the MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program.

Outside the clinic, Cynthia enjoys skiing and spending time outdoors.
